Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping containers, ensuring all seals are intact and the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
